And, 300 Entertainment artists Bailey Bryan and Mainland will deepen your groove and perform their chart-rising hits. There’s limited seating for keynote presentations so RSVP right away!

Carlos Abler

Jedi, Content Marketing Strategy, 3M

Carlos Abler is Leader of Online Content Strategy for 3M Global eTransformation. Carlos leads a content marketing enablement framework called Content-2-Customer (c2c). C2C supports acceleration of content culture, focusing on champions and initiatives emerging from leadership, corporate CoEs, business service groups, divisions and vendors; activating roadmaps of content excellence cross-functionally and on a global basis. Carlos has a 30 year track record of directing and creating mixed media communications, in a wide variety of disciplines, for a diverse range of clients and purposes; including marketing, theater, entertainment, education, information design and civil society initiatives. Past clients include, Thomson Reuters, Microsoft, General Mills, AARP, Johnson&Johnson, History Channel, Smithsonian, Columbia University and Gyuto Tantric University. Awards include Webby Awards, WSIS World Summit Award, Bronze Anvil, W3 (Gold, Silver, Best in Show) and Communication Arts Interactive Annual for Information Design.

Mark Morse

Founder, CEO & CCO, Morsekode

To Mark, brand building is all about groove. Getting business in sync with the market and its customers. It makes perfect sense for a musician with an MBA. In 2002, Mark aligned inherent creativity and business acumen to form Morsekode. As the visionary for Morsekode, developing new capabilities that are relevant to today’s marketer and ushering brands through the murky waters of tomorrow electrify Mark’s creative energy, and in turn, client business success. Mark has a seasoned background in brand strategy and creative leadership and is passionate about connecting brands to their culture through emotive experiences. Mark’s vision for brands centers around their unique ability to connect on an emotional level, like a great song connects to its audience. We call that Brand Groove™ and it drives everything we do.

Andy Vitale

Design Principal, UX, 3M Health Care

Andy Vitale is a UX Design Principal at 3M, where he is focused on translating human insights into actionable experiences that improve the healthcare industry. Andy is responsible for leading a team that creates immersive, emotional experiences for 3M Health Care’s enterprise solutions that seamlessly integrate digital and physical workflows for patients, payers and providers. With 17 years of experience in the design industry, Andy has held multiple roles as a designer, entrepreneur, education department chair and team leader. His experiences have taught him that a successful product hinges on one principle, truly understanding the end user. With a proven ability to lead change and process improvements, Andy has developed strategies and design solutions for diverse organizations ranging from startups to Fortune ranked companies. He is a relentless user experience evangelist, driven by a shared vision and user-centered passion that takes a team, and its products, from good to great. Aside from his primary role at 3M, Andy is an adjunct professor for Kent State University’s User Experience Design graduate degree program.


Bailey Bryan

300 Entertainment signed artist, Bailey Bryan, has been embraced by the Nashville community. Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott nominated Bailey Bryan as a 2017 Grammy Artist of Tomorrow, and iHeartRadio’s Bobby Bones selected her for his Class Of 2017. She has more than 2.5 million streams on Spotify, tour runs with Dan + Shay and Kane Brown, main stage performances at Stagecoach and Watershed, and an EP that’s been lauded by The New York Times as “excellent” and “infectious.” Her two singles are titled, “Own it,” and, “Hard Drive Home.”


Residing now out of Los Angeles, in December 2015, Mainland released a 4 song EP titled “Outcast” under 300 Entertainment. The EP was released exclusively through Billboard Magazine. They toured with Canadian band Marianas Trench from January–February 2016. They were the opening act for Jukebox the Ghost in February 2016, and the opening act for Melanie Martinez's Cry Baby tour. In June 2016, they released their single “Beggars,” and there highly anticipated single of 2017 is titled, “I Found God."
